Welcome to Victory Wings Academy. By creating an account and enrolling in our
programmes you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must provide accurate personal information and a valid government ID. You are
responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. Training & Certification
Certification is subject to completing the required theory and practical training and
passing all assessments. Certificates and licences are issued at the Academy's discretion
in line with applicable civil aviation regulations.
3. Payments & Refunds
Course and renewal fees are payable in advance. Where VAT applies it is added to the
listed price. Refunds, where granted, are handled at the Academy's discretion and may be
processed through the original payment method.
4. Scheduling
Practical sessions are subject to instructor availability, public holidays and weather.
Cancellation windows apply as shown at the time of booking.
5. Conduct & Safety
You agree to follow all safety instructions and civil aviation rules during training.
The Academy may suspend training for conduct that endangers safety.
6. Data & Privacy
We process your personal data to deliver training, issue certification and meet
regulatory obligations.
